Jack Rose & Jim Dalton are both employed in the same broker's office, are both in love with the boss's daughter Nell. Nell favors Jack. Learning that Dalton is planning mischief, Nell disguises as a boy and gets employed in same office. Long story short, Dalton speculates loses and tries to frame Jack.
